Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Event Staff to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, creating positive customer experiences, and contributing to successful promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
* Present products and services in a friendly, professional manner.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
* Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
* Assist with event setup, displays, promotional materials, and supplies.
* Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities.
* Support individual and team sales goals during events.
* Maintain an organized and professional event environment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
* Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
* Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required. REQUISITOS
