Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our development team and support the build and enhancement of modern web applications. This role is ideal for recent college graduates or early-career developers who are eager to apply what they’ve learned, grow their technical skills, and gain hands-on experience working across both frontend and backend technologies.

You will work alongside experienced developers and receive guidance while contributing to real production applications using Java , Angular , and/or React .

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Java and Angular or React
  • Support the creation and consumption of REST APIs
  • Build basic frontend components and user interfaces
  • Write clean, readable, and maintainable code with team guidance
  • Participate in code reviews and learn best practices
  • Help troubleshoot and fix bugs or application issues
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and product team members
  • Take part in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups and sprint planning

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    (or equivalent internship / project experience)
  • 0–5 years of software development experience
  • Academic, internship, or professional experience with:
    • Java
    • Angular and/or React
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Web application development
    • HTML , CSS , and JavaScript
    • RESTful APIs
  • Willingness to work onsite in Indianapolis 2 days per week
  • Strong desire to learn and grow as a developer

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Exposure to Spring Boot
  • Basic SQL or relational database knowledge
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control tools
  • Internship, co-op, or personal projects involving full stack development
  • Experience working on team-based or Agile projects
